If the artist accepts the order and after payment does not send it to you or does not fulfill it, according to the agreed terms and conditions, then we will refund your money.

The artist is transferred funds only if all the terms of the transaction that were agreed upon are met, if there are no valid or force majeure reasons that prevent the execution of the order.

The artist will receive payment only after you receive and check the order (parcel) for compliance with the terms of the transaction and its integrity.
